Returns

You may return your purchase for a full refund or a replacement to the LifeWave distribution center where you placed your order.

Please note that we can only process returns and refunds for items purchased at our online store.

How to return an order:

To process a return, please follow the steps below:

  1. All merchandise must be returned in new condition, in its original shipping packaging with all accessories and manuals that may have accompanied the original shipment.
  2. Enclose the original sales slip.
  3. Securely wrap the parcel.
  4. LifeWave Customer Service must issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number prior to any return.
  5. Return your order via any common shipping carrier (US Postal Service, UPS, FedEx or DHL Worldwide).
  6. Retain your shipping receipt for proof.
  7. Pay for shipping charges of your returned order and ensure proper delivery.
  8. Returns will be processed promptly and a credit will be issued in the original form of payment.

Important note:

  • Shipping fees for the return, the packaging, the insurance and the delivery of your order are not reimbursable.
  • Full refund are processed less the original shipping and handling cost.

Exchanges

  1. LifeWave Customer Service must issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number prior to any return.
  2. Indicate the product you wish to return and which new product you wish to order.
  3. For an exchange, merchandise must still be in new condition, with its original packaging, accessories and manuals.
  4. Once the order is received and the returned merchandise processed, LifeWave Customer Service will notify you via e-mail of your refund. Please note that LifeWave can refund shipping costs only if the return is a result of a processing error.
  5. LifeWave will then charge you for the new product accordingly.

Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

Refunds

  1. You will receive your credit as soon as the LifeWave distribution center receives your returned merchandise.
  2. For a full refund, merchandise must still be in new condition, with its original packaging, accessories and manuals.
  3. Once the returned merchandise is received and processed, LifeWave Customer Service will notify you via e-mail of your refund. Please note that LifeWave can refund shipping costs only if the return is a result of a processing error.

Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
